I’m supporting International Women’s Day. The theme for this year is ‘Give to Gain’.


I am very proud to work alongside many women-led organisations in Preston that deal with women’s issues, most recently inviting them to Parliament to hear about the ‘Digital Exploitation of Women and Girls’ and the government’s response to the issues raised.

This is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, and there are local events in #Preston to mark this special occasion.
