£20m funding announced for Ribbleton

I’m really pleased share some positive news for #Preston. We’ve secured £20 million of long-term funding for #Ribbleton.

The funding will deliver £2 million every year for the next ten years, supporting local jobs, community facilities, green spaces, and measures to make the area safer and stronger.

It will be up for everyone in Ribbleton to decide how it’s spent.

Separately, Preston will receive a further £1.5m as part of the Pride in Place Impact Fund.

This is a huge investment that will make a massive difference.
