Mark visited the Addiction Dependency Solutions (ADS) centre in Preston.
The centre is a regional charity to prevent and reduce the harm caused by alcohol and drugs to individuals, families and the community. Mark toured the facility with Lady Rhona Bradley, Chairperson, Brian Donaghey, Central Manager.
Mark said: "It was great to visit Bridge House in the heart of my constituency and see at first hand the excellent work ADS are doing. Chatting to both staff and clients gave me a real insight into the work of the leading regional charity in the North west. Lady Rhona Bradley is doign a fantastic job leading the charity and has introduced a raft of exciting changes which are evident on the ground since she arrived almost two years ago. This is a great facility for people to get treatment and advice about alcohol and drugs. This centre is essential for people, families and communities rebuild their lives".
